The syncpack frame is adjustable in height, depth, and width, so you can custom fit the system to your body and your backpack.

Two of the syncpack frame adjustments you will probably use only once, during initial set-up of the system. The system includes a 3mm hex wrench to perform these adjustments.

The syncpack frame also has two “on-the-fly” adjustments used when you add or remove clothing or make normal adjustments to your backpack shoulder straps and hip belt. These “on-the-fly” adjustments are performed easily on the trail – without even looking.
